Navratan Korma Recipe – A Flavorful Mix of Vegetables and Smooth Sauce

1 cup blended vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower, potatoes, and so on.)
1 onion, cleaved
1 tomato, cleaved
1 tbsp ginger-garlic glue
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red bean stew powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves for decorating
Heat oil in a container over medium intensity.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add hacked onions and sauté until brilliant brown.
Add ginger-garlic glue and sauté for a couple of moments.
Add slashed tomatoes and cook until they become delicate and soft.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red stew powder, and salt. Blend well.
Add blended vegetables and blend well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
In the interim, grind cashew nuts with a little water to make a smooth glue.
Add the cashew nut glue to the container and blend well.
Add cream and blend well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Embellish with hacked coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
