Cold Pea Salad

This salad is an invigorating and nutritious dish that is ideally suited for warm climate. It is a mix of new green peas, fresh vegetables, and a tart dressing that makes it a delectable and sound choice for any feast of the day.
Fixings:
2 cups of new green peas
1 little red onion, meagerly cut
1 little cucumber, diced
1 little chime pepper, diced
1/4 cup new parsley, cleaved
1/4 cup new mint leaves, cleaved
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple juice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and dark pepper, to taste
Directions:
Start by whitening the peas in bubbling water for 2-3 minutes until they are delicate yet fresh. Channel and wash under chilly water to stop the cooking system.
In an enormous blending bowl, join the whitened peas, cut red onion, diced cucumber, and diced ringer pepper.
In a different bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple juice vinegar, honey, salt, and dark pepper until very much joined.
